Hi, I’m Jenn — the creator, cook, and unapologetic food lover behind Unapologetic Eats. I believe food should nourish your body, fuel your day, and most importantly, bring you joy. You should never feel the need to apologize for eating what you love. Health looks different for everyone, and no single way of eating fits all. So, listen to your body, eat what makes you feel good, and leave the guilt at the door.
The kitchen is my happy place, and my hope is that you’ll find recipes here that become part of your own routines with meals that make you feel confident are excited to share.

How it all started
I live in Annapolis, Maryland with my husband and professional taste tester, Stephen, and our two enthusiastic floor-cleaners (a.k.a. dogs), Loki and Leia. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me traveling, hanging out with family and friends, or soaking up all the inspiration the world has to offer.
I cook just about every day, and I’m thrilled to share my favorite recipes and kitchen experiments with you. Food and nutrition have always been a passion of mine, and I’m constantly learning in this ever-evolving space.
