Ingredients needed to make my BBQ Chicken Pizza Bread

For the Pizza~

  • Italian Bread loaf
  • BBQ Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Grilled Chicken Chopped or shredded
  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Ranch to top/ dip homemade or store-bought

How to Make BBQ Chicken Pizza Bread Step by Step~

STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees F. Slice your French bread loaf in half horizontally and open it so the cut side is up. Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce on top of both sides of the bread like you would sauce a pizza.

STEP 2: Top each bread half with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese. Then top each half with half of the chicken, sliced red onions, and cilantro.

STEP 3: Add your Pizza bread halves to a baking sheet pan and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 4: Slice and top with more cilantro if desired. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!

Notes for Success

Feel free to adjust the amounts of toppings to your liking and omit ingredients you don’t prefer.
