Ingredients Needed to Make Easy Chicken Dumpling Lasagna~
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 2 Scallion stalks, sliced
- 1 cup of napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of baby bella mushrooms, diced
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 2 tsp of sesame oil
- 12-15 wonton wrappers
- Extra sliced scallions, chili crisp, and sesame oil for topping

Easy Chicken Dumpling Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 scallion stalks, sliced
- 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms, diced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 12 to 15 wonton wrappers (square or circle)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated ginger, scallions, napa cabbage, garlic, and mushrooms.1 pound ground chicken, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 scallion stalks, sliced, 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup baby bella mushrooms, diced
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Mix until everything is well combined.2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Lay 4 to 6 wonton wrappers in an even layer on the bottom of a 7x 11-inch baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture evenly over the wrappers. Add another layer of 4 to 6 wonton wrappers on top. Repeat this process two more times with the remaining chicken mixture and wrappers, finishing with a layer of wrappers on top.12 to 15 wonton wrappers (square or circle)
- Carefully pour 1/3 cup of cold water around the edges of the dish, making sure not to pour directly over the top.
- Fill a larger pan or a 9- by- 13 inch baking dish about halfway with hot water. Place the filled lasagna dish inside the larger dish to create a water bath.
- Place the dumpling lasagna dish in a large pan or steamer to create a steaming setup using a pot with a rack and a lid. Cover the larger dish tightly with foil or a lid. Transfer it carefully to the oven.
- Bake until the chicken is fully cooked, and a thermometer inserted into the center reaches at least 160 degrees, about 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Top with extra sliced scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil and chili oil before serving. Enjoy!
