Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap

This Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap is an easy, flavor-packed twist on the classic Caesar salad. With bold, creamy dressing and juicy chicken, it is a recipe you will come back to again and again. Try it out for lunch this week or add it to your dinner rotation.

Ingredients

For the Wrap:

  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken (grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 large tortillas or wraps whole wheat, flour, or spinach

For the Spicy Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: In a small food processor or bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, capers, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  • Toss the salad: In a medium bowl, combine shredded romaine, chopped chicken, grated Parmesan, and the spicy Caesar dressing. Mix until well-coated.

  • Assemble the wraps: Toast the wraps in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side to heat if desired. Lay your tortillas flat and spoon the salad mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.

  • Serve: Slice in half if serving immediately, or wrap in foil or parchment for meal prep.

Notes

✔️ Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture
✔️ Rotisserie chicken is a quick and easy option
