Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 2 fresh peaches thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 2 tsp Honey to drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on parchment paper and cut in to 8 even rectangles. Use a knife to score a border about ½ inch from the edge, being careful not to cut all the way through of each rectangle. Slide the parchment on to a baking sheet.
    1 sheet of puff pastry
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and spreadable. Spread the cream cheese filling inside the scored border of the puff pastry.
4 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Arrange the peach slices evenly over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Brush the edges of the pastry with a beaten egg and a splash of water.
2 fresh peaches, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 egg
  • Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the peaches are tender and slightly caramelized.
    2 tsp Honey to drizzle
  • Let cool slightly before drizzling honey on top and enjoy.

Notes

✔️ Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture and sweetness.
✔️ Let your cream cheese fully soften to avoid lumps in the filling.
✔️ Thaw puff pastry in the fridge, not at room temp, for the flakiest results.
✔️ Scoring the border helps puff pastry rise evenly around the edges.
✔️ Serve warm or at room temperature for the best flavor.
