Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

Creamy peach ice cream made easy. Sweet tart peaches with vanilla and a touch of maple. You use minimal effort and get a big result. The simplest creamy peach ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Fresh Peaches
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Cut the cleaned peaches into large chunks. Add the peaches to a food processor and pulse a few times until the peaches are in small chunks. Alternatively, you can chop the peaches into small pieces.
  • Using a mixer or by hand whip the cold heavy cream. Whip the heavy cream on high until you get stiff peaks.
  • Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined. Add in the maple syrup and chopped peaches. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or deep pan and place in the freezer for 4 hours for soft serve or 6 hours plus for firm ice cream.
