Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Fresh Peaches
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Cut the cleaned peaches into large chunks. Add the peaches to a food processor and pulse a few times until the peaches are in small chunks. Alternatively, you can chop the peaches into small pieces.
Using a mixer or by hand whip the cold heavy cream. Whip the heavy cream on high until you get stiff peaks.
Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined. Add in the maple syrup and chopped peaches. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or deep pan and place in the freezer for 4 hours for soft serve or 6 hours plus for firm ice cream.
