Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground chicken in 1 tbsp of oil until fully browned, about 7-8 minutes. Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks.1 lb ground chicken

- Add the sauce: Add soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, and honey. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
