Jump to Recipe Print Recipe
peach ice cream final

This peaches and cream ice cream is a super simple and tasty way to enjoy those end of summer peaches. This recipe takes very little effort and only a few ingredients. No fancy equipment is required, and the result is creamy, fruity, and perfectly sweet ice cream.

Super simple

This dessert could not be easier, all you need is 4 ingredients.  You essentially make whipped cream, stir in the condensed sweetened milk, then you add in the blended peaches and maple syrup and freeze. This recipe is so simple and impossible to mess up. Let’s get to it!

how to make peach ice cream step by step

STEP 1: Cut the cleaned peaches into large chunks. Add the peaches to a food processor and pulse a few times until the peaches are in small chunks. Alternatively, you can chop the peaches into small pieces.

STEP 2: Using a mixer or by hand whip the cold heavy cream. Whip the heavy cream on high until you get stiff peaks.

STEP 3: Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined. Add in the maple syrup and chopped peaches. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or deep pan and place in the freezer for 4 hours for soft serve or 6 hours plus for firm ice cream.

notes for success

You want to get the heavy Cream to stiff peaks. You can absolutely do this by hand if you do not have an electric mixer. Whipping the cream by hand will just take a little bit more effort. You can also chop the peaches by hand. Freezing the peach ice cream for 4 hours will give you a soft serve texture. 6 or more hours will give you a firmer texture.

storage

You can transfer your ice cream to an airtight plastic container, and it will keep in the freezer for up to 4 days.
