Sausage and Mushrooms White Bolognese Penne Pasta

Traditional Bolognese is known for its meaty tomato-based sauce; this white version highlights the depth of savory flavors without relying on tomatoes. The combination of sausage, bacon, and mushrooms adds richness, while aromatic vegetables and fresh herbs build layers of flavor. White wine and chicken stock create a delicate base that simmers low and slow, reducing into a velvety sauce.
