Ingredients Needed to Make Spicy Chicken Caesar Wraps~

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, shredded

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp of capers
  • 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 tsp of sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Ingredients

For the Wrap:

  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken (grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Spicy Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: In a small food processor or bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, capers, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
