Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store bought
  • 2 slices of ham diced
  • ½ jalapeno sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ fresh peach sliced
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. By pressing your fingers from the middle out leaving the outside thicker for the crust. Place the pizza dough on a piece of parchment paper.

  • Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Arrange diced ham, sliced peaches, and jalapeno slices over the cheese.
    2 slices of ham, ½ jalapeno, 1 teaspoon olive oil, ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ fresh peach
  • Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle lightly with honey. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
