Hoisin Glazed Salmon with Roasted Broccoli

This hoisin glazed salmon with roasted broccoli makes a simple dinner, perfect for any night of the week. Bursting with a sweet and savory umami flavor this dish is perfect to serve with a side of white rice.

Ingredients

  • 3 6oz Filets of Salmon with or without skin
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Grated or Minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Grated or Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Make the glaze by adding the Hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated garlic, and grated ginger to a small bowl. Mix the ingredients well and set aside.
  • On a parchment-lined sheet pan add the salmon skin side down and broccoli. Toss the broccoli in 1-2 tbsp of the hoisin glaze. Brush or drizzle the rest of the glaze on the salmon
  • Cook the salmon in the oven for 16-20 minutes depending on the desired doneness and size of your salmon pieces. Serve with rice if desired and ENJOY!
