Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 3 oz Deli Turkey
  • 4 sclies Bread
  • 1 small tomato slcied
  • ½ cup Arugula
  • 3 oz Brie Cheese

Red Pepper Aioli

  • 1 cup Mayonase
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 sprigs Fresh Parsley
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 2 Roasted Red Peppers
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Make your red pepper aioli. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, roasted red peppers, herbs, cayenne powder and Salt and pepper to a food processor or blender. Blend sauce until smooth. Set aside. Slice tomato and brie cheese into thin slices.
  • Toast bread to desired doneness. On one slice of bread layer red pepper aioli (as much or little as you want), deli turkey and a few slices of brie cheese. In your toaster oven or oven broil the open face turkey sandwich on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is melty. (keep an eye on the sandwich, so it does not burn)
  • Finish building your sandwich by adding sliced tomato, and a little arugula. Spread the red pepper aioli on the top piece of bread. Top your sandwich with bread and serve immediately.

Notes

Please add the red pepper aioli to both sides of the sandwich, you will not regret it.  Choose any type of bread you like. You can substitute your favorite cheese.
