1cupwatermelon
¼cupSlivered Almonds
Basil Balsamic Dressing
2tbspBalsamic Vinagirette

Instructions
Begin by preparing your produce, cut the watermelon into small cubes. Wash the blueberries. Finely chop the fresh basil.
Make the dressing by adding the balsamic Vinegar, honey, lime juice, and chopped fresh basil into a bowl. Mix with a whisk or fork until combined. Slowly add in the olive oil, while mixing vigorously, until all the olive oil has been added and the dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, you can add the dressing ingredients to a tightly sealed jar and vigorously shake.
Build your salad. Add lettuce to a bowl, top the lettuce with the feta cheese, cut watermelon, blueberries, and almonds. You can serve the dressing on the side or toss the dressing on the salad before serving. Enjoy!
