Hoisin Glazed Salmon with Roasted Broccoli

Salmon is a healthy source of protein, it is high in omega-3 fatty acids, and rich in vitamin B-12. This recipe is so easy, it requires a few ingredients and only 5 active minutes of your time. The main flavor component is hoisin, which is a thick, sweet, and savory sauce similar to BBQ sauce. Hoisin is typically used in Chinese and Vietnamese dishes and adds a ton of umami flavor to our salmon. Make dinner easy by serving this dish up with steamed white rice and enjoy.

  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce

  • Grated or Minced Garlic

Notes for Success

Feel free to substitute your favorite side vegetable or your favorite type of fish. Artic Char or Cod would be great options to substitute. Adjust the cooking times as needed. I typically cook my salmon for 16 minutes at 400 degrees to avoid overcooked or dry fish.
