Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter + 1 tbsp
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 10- ounce bag of mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  • Melt the marshmallows: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and mini marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth (about 1½ to 2 minutes total).

  • Mix in the cereal: Quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated and combined.

  • Press into pan: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the pan with lightly greased hands or a spatula.
