Roasted Corn Caesar Salad
What makes this salad stand out is how simple ingredients combine to create a bold flavor. The corn is roasted until golden, which enhances its sweetness while adding a light charred taste. Crisp romaine lettuce forms the base while Parmesan cheese adds a salty bite. Crunchy bread crumbs replace the traditional croutons, giving every bite a lovely texture.
